By engaging my services as an artist, you automatically agree to the following terms and conditions. Failure to accept these conditions may result in the refusal of your request.PAYMENTS
Work begins only after the upfront payment is made. For Vtuber models, the payment can be divided into equal parts (either 2 or 4). Payment is made either through Hipolink (PayPal or card) or via VGen (PayPal)REVISIONS
You will receive a sketch for approval, during which you may request up to three revisions free of charge, provided they do not involve redrawing more than 50% of the artwork.DEADLINES AND DELIVERY
Depending on the type of work, the deadline ranges from 1 to 6 months. Fast delivery requires an additional fee.USE
The base price covers personal use only. You can use finished commission for adjustments/collages/AI training/banners/avatars, etc. Commercial use is paid extra in cases of using art for physical merch.INTELLECTUAL PROPERTY RIGHTS
I retain all rights to my artwork. I can use finished commission for posting on my social networks, showing Work in Progress (WIP), or streaming the process unless privacy concerns have been previously addressed. A complete prohibition of publication anywhere incurs an additional fee.REFUNDS
Cancellation is only possible before work begins, with a 90% refund of the total price. Once work has started, refunds are not possible.COMMUNICATION
